Day 3: Your Solution
After figuring out the top three (3) problems your market has from the previous lesson, your next step is to choose one — just one problem that you want to solve.
Say for example I chose aesthetic clinics as my market and the top three problems that I found are: (1) Retaining patients, (2) getting new patients, (3) hiring or staffing.
I could simply choose ‘getting new patients’ as the main problem to solve.
Simple, right?
Next, use this format to find out the general solution to your market’s problems:
“How can I help [market] [problem/want]?”
Here’s how that will look like in this example:
“How can I help aesthetic clinics get new patients?”
If you do that, you’ll get something like this from ChatGPT.

From the results, you can now choose and figure out your chosen SPECIALTY.
In this example, I can choose to be an email marketer, a social media manager, a web designer, or a content marketer.
(If this part is confusing, you can also check the 8:26 min mark of the video above)
From there, simply choose ONE.
Sure, you can be all four, but to make it easier for yourself, simply choose just one.
You can always add more specialized skills later.
“Okay lang ba John na wala akong alam sa specialty na pipiliin ko?”
Yes.
The goal is to simply choose.
Because once you’ve chosen a specialty, the next step is to refine your solution using the specialty you’ve chosen using this format:
“As a [specialty], how can I help [market] [problem/want]?”
Using that format in the context of the earlier example, assuming I chose ‘social media manager’ as my specialty, it can look like this…
“As a social media manager, how can I help aesthetic clinics get new patients?”
Or…
If you really want a more detailed answer, you can use this search format:
“Assume I’m creating a client proposal. Can you create a step-by-step plan on how I can help [market] get [problem/want] as a [specialty]?”
If we apply it to our earlier example, it would look like this…
“Assume I’m creating a client proposal. Can you create a step-by-step plan on how I can help aesthetic clinics get more new patients as a social media manager?”
You’d be surprised to find how detailed a response you can get if you simply ask the right questions like this one:

Doing this you get these main benefits:
You now know what specialty to focus on instead of learning everything and wasting your time.
You now have an idea or at least a little know-how on how to serve your potential clients.
And you can now answer prospect questions when they ask you what you do and how you do it.
After all, you are now miles ahead of other freelancers out there who barely even know how their service actually helps their clients.
Now, I know this may seem a bit hard (and maybe a bit confusing) to do at first but remember, you’re just on DAY 3. 😉
So be kind to yourself, aight?
